The security deposit is equal to one months rent and is due before move in. The security deposit is fully refundable upon resident move out subject to the completion of all move out requirements.
Yes! We are a pet friendly community. Up to two pets weighing under 15 lbs are allowed. The additional pet deposit is $500 and there is a monthly additional pet rent of $50 per month.
Yes, covered carports are available for an additional $50 per month, subject to availability.

Our leases are structured as a 6 month initial lease that automatically converts to a month to month lease at the end of the initial term.
No, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the Blue Branch Manor premises.
