Blue Branch Manor is a very lovely and comfortable 55+ community to live in. The property owners are really nice and accommodating. The manager is quick to respond to any maintenance issues you might have. The property is meticulously maintained. The ranch style apartments are very nice, super clean and have lovely covered porches. The residents here are very friendly. There is a very nice clubhouse which is available to you for any private event you may have. The club house also has a safe room. Residents here also use the clubhouse for game nights, a book club, bible study and have hosted an ice cream social, Christmas parties, Easter potluck and other get togethers. It is a very comfortable place to live, close to so much. I feel very safe here as well. You will love living here.
D. CampbellI love it here! The rooms are so much larger than the other retirement places in and around the area. The grounds are well maintained and the property manager quickly responds to any questions or maintenance needs. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I am so happy here!

It has been a blessing and a home with many good friends and happy warm memories. It has always been a comfort that I am not in a house alone but others around if you need them or to visit with them.

From brand new roofs on every building, to concrete sidewalk repair, new gutters, lawn care, and snow removal every issue is handled in a professional expedited manner. In addition, the residents are friendly and enjoy taking part in the variety of community events that occur throughout the year. Blue Branch Manor is home to me.
